The ZR blower adopts a large round-head involute impeller design, which offers higher compression efficiency and larger airflow delivery. This optimized rotor profile ensures stable, high-capacity output with reduced energy consumption, making it ideal for continuous heavy-duty operation.
All key components, including the casing, walls, and rotors, are machined using CNC and machining center technology. The blower is equipped with Grade 5 precision helical gears, made of lightweight, high-strength alloy steel, ensuring quiet, smooth, and reliable operation even at high speeds and pressures.
The ZR series is equipped with a new oil tray structure and advanced heat dissipation design. This allows the blower to operate under pressures up to 49 kPa without the need for cooling water, reducing operation and maintenance costs significantly.
The housing and sidewalls feature a horizontal split structure, enabling quick and easy inspection and servicing of internal components without disassembling the entire blower—perfect for large-scale industrial sites where downtime is costly.
